Global Challenges & Opportunities for Vaccines

Scientific Workshop in Munich

This workshop, organized jointly by the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and University Clinic Tübingen (UKT), supports interdisciplinarity to tackle the challenges and opportunities surrounding immunization. Global vaccine research experts including immunologists and vaccine developers, medical doctors, epidemiologists and social scientists working in the area of vaccine hesitancy; and many working in resource-constrained settings will come together to understand and discuss the various factors impacting vaccine development, dissemination and deployment. This workshop aims to disseminate results and extend partnerships established in the GLOHRA-supported HelmSys research project. The workshop takes place at a scenic location at Lake Starnberg near Munich from 30 November to 1 December 2023.
