Description: The fall Funding Webinar Series is an initiative by the German Alliance for Global Health Research (GLOHRA) to connect this community to key funders in the global health space. In this webinar, the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) will speak about funding at CEPI.

CEPI is a prominent global health organization dedicated to funding and accelerating the development of vaccines and other biologic countermeasures against infectious diseases, particularly those with pandemic potential, so they can be accessible to all people in need. CEPI has already made investments over 190 million USD in German companies and scientific institutions and looks forward to expanding the partnership with German partners as we strive towards our shared vision of a world in which epidemics and pandemics are no longer a threat to humanity.

In this session, CEPI representatives will provide an overview of current and upcoming calls, Tech Talks and general application processes. The session will be mainly relevant for mid- and senior-career researchers from the biomedical sciences.

The webinar will take place online via Teams. It will not be recorded.
